Behind every warm welcome at Bubbs & Bites is Belle, the heart and soul of our cafe. With a passion for hospitality that goes beyond serving great food, Belle personally ensures that every guest, whether they walk on two legs or four, feels special.

From carefully selecting our coffee beans to perfecting our waffle recipe, Belle is hands-on in every aspect of the cafe. Guests often remark on the personal touches, from the way she takes time to explain the menu to newcomers to the genuine care she shows to every visitor.
